Shawn C. Green: CEO, Smart Lending Group, LLC.

Shawn C. Green is a principal at Smart Lending Group, LLC, Mortgage Company, established in 2010; and specialize in all aspects of financing for residential properties. Shawn Green is also, Principle Broker of Smart Realty & Investments INC. Smart Realty is a full service real estate brokerage that specializes in single family investment homes. Smart Realty is also a service brokerage that can help facilitate client’s needs in regards to acquiring, listing and renovation there properties. Previously Shawn Green was an Associate Broker at Keller Williams Detroit Michigan Center. During his career, Shawn has had excellent experiences in all aspects of Real Estate sales including finance, listing, buyers’ agent, REO and short sales.

As a savvy and astute agent he generated sales over a million dollars in each of the last 5 years, additionally he has extensive experience in Real Estate Financing, such as collaborating with a strong team and serving in a leadership role by working with banks and other financial institutions to provide the best and alternative mortgage services to customers. Through these affiliations and collaborative partnerships, clients’ needs were better served. As Principal/CEO of Smart Lending Group, LLC, Shawn’s vision is to provide an all-inclusive service platform, which will include commercial, and residential financing, Real Estate sales and Acquisitions as well as also providing services through his Real Estate/Educational nonprofit organization Smart Way Foundation

Shawn has served as a Violence Prevention Consultant, Detroit Public Schools, teaching students and consulted administrations at various schools, grades K-8 in the areas of Conflict Resolution, Violence Prevention, Anger Management and Empathy. Shawn Green earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing, from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi. Fraternity, Inc., West Indian American Association and the NAACP, Detroit Branch.

Anita Groggins: COO, Smart Lending Group, LLC.

COO of Smart Lending Group, LLC. Anita has over 15 years experience in the mortgage industry originating millions of dollars in conventional and sub-prime loans for top mortgage brokers and lenders across the country. Ms. Groggins is also the broker of Groggins Realty since 1994 and have also worked for Real Estate One and Prudential Great Lakes Realty in Michigan as well as Bloomingdale Realty in Georgia. Anita currently holds a resident producer license and is skilled in title search and examination. Her ability to get deals done is unmatched. She also knows credit and can counsel to develop a ready willing and able buyer.

Tanya Jackson: Processor/Executive Assistant, Smart Lending Group, LLC.

As a 12 year veteran in loan processing,Tanya Jackson has worked in a myriad of areas including commercial, residential and hard money lending mortgages. She is an experienced Contract Processor, specializing in loan origination, processing, submission and closing of loans. Her duties and responsibilities includes gathering of documents and pertinent information required for pre-approvals, imputing required loan information into the system for processing, ensuring/verifying accuracy of documents prior to submission for compliance, verifying loan documents, ie income, credit reports, insurance and home appraisals, and packaging for submission for closings.

Jackson is proficient in Complete Home-Office set-up, Lenders' websites and Clearing conditions.

Her credentials include: Licensed Loan Officer, Licensed Processor and CIS/ACCT certification
